\r\n<Introduction>
\r\nCCN Residency will hold individual exhibitions of the second residency artists in a relay format. This exhibition will be a place to reflect on the meaning of creative activities here and gauge the direction of creation that will take place during the remaining residency by exhibiting the past representative works and new works which has been produced since they moved into this studios in April this year.
\r\nKim Loy, the fouth artist of the Solo Exhibitions by the Second Artists in CCN Residency, has been working on paintings that represent the ontological generation of the world. Her works on the basis of the concept of \"Autopoiesis\" that it has an intrinsic system that is created and evolved according to the process of self-selecting, which maintains itself and changes according to the system inherent in living things. In the work, simple formative elements such as lines, dots, and faces are regularly repeated, changed, and multiplied, and the internal order of the canvas that expands in this way expresses the structure of the autopoiesis system in pictorial language. This exhibition presents about 10 new works produced by the artist at CCN for each series, including \"Interaction\", \"Organic Routine\", and \"Routine\", and will be a place to take a glimpse of the various flows of Autopoiesis paintings that the artist has pursued so far.
<Artist’s Note>
\r\nThis exhibition visualizes the autopoiesis system. It proposes a new structure of perception of autopoiesis by showing the mutant elements of regular patterns and organic changes. Humans manage their lives by maintaining themselves or choosing to change. This method is identified as a system and solved as autopoiesis.
\r\nAutopoiesis is a system that creates and evolves from within itself without external influences, even though it is changed by society or the external environment. Through this exhibition, it will be a visual laboratory that can confirm that the autopoiesis system pursues evolution and stability on some principle, and that it is structured as a autopoiesis system even with the internal principle of the work.
